Welcome to Springboard!

Jean Bonifas began her career in sales, as she enjoys meeting new people and listening to their stories. A Masters in Speech Communication & Bachelors in Theatre enabled her to also teach at LBCC as adjunct faculty in public speaking, improvisation, and interpersonal communication.

In 2002, she founded, & still operates, Springboard NW, LLC - training teams, organizations and individuals in communication skills, team building, customer service and Applied Improvisation.

Her clients speak highly of her ability to engage them and their employees, in addressing important issues — without talking them to death.

Jean now offers a range of workshops that playfully engage our brain, boost our energy and lighten our spirits; while building interactive, collaborative, problem-solving techniques that strengthen community and restore our sense of belonging.
